Americanilor le plac festivalurile si in zona Seattle-ului sunt slava Domnului unul dupa altul. Marea atractie ca de obicei este mancarea, deci pentru amatorii de gratare o poza cu BBQ tipic american.

In '87 dupa ce am terminat liceul, am inceput lucrul ca frigo-tehnist, la Comtim pe Calea Lipovei in Timisoara. Pe vremea aceea, cotletul de porc se transa si se trimitea la export. Nu raminea decit costita care se vindea la macelarie si care era mincarea saracilor. Acum o consider o delicatesa, si unul din putinele mincaruri americane nelipsite din meniu cel putin o data la doua trei luni.

De acord cu tine...la mine lista ar include si NY steak si T-Bone steak pe care de altfel nu le poti gasi nicaieri in Europa sau chiar Asia :)
